The curfew in 19 districts except in Colombo, Gampaha, Kalutara, Puttalam, Kandy and Jaffna will be lifted on April 9 at 6.00 am and re-imposed at 4.00 pm on the same day, the President’s Media Division said.
The PMD said that the curfew currently in force in Colombo, Gampaha, Kalutara, Puttalam, Jaffna and Kandy districts continue until further notice.
