by editorenglish

Opposition Leader Mahinda Rajapaksa had talks with the US Ambassador to Sri Lanka, Alaina B. Teplitz today.

The meeting took place at the Opposition Leader’s residence in Colombo.

Former Foreign Minister, Professor G.L Peiris and Parliamentarian Keheliya Rambukwella also attended the meeting.

Rajapaksa has in recent times raised concerns over discussions taking place between Sri Lanka and the US on three key agreements.

The US has however dismissed some of the allegations raised over the agreements.
