Mullivaikal Remembrance Day organized by the Tamil National Alliance has been commemorated in Kilinochchi. The event has been commenced at 4 PM at Karaichi Pradeshiya Sabha Hall. During this event, homage paid and flame of sacrifice has been lit. Commemorative mourners and consolation messages for the victims have been given by the religious leaders.
Many including the parliamentarian S.Siritharan, Educational Minister of the NPC T.Kurukularasa, Northern Provincial Councilors S.Pasupathipillai and P.Ariyaraththiam and school students took part in this event.
