Parliament was adjourned till Monday November 21st by Speaker Karu Jayasuriya after a brief session today.
The session took place in a tense environment as Government Parliamentarians staged a protest in the House.
After taking a vote on the no-confidence motion on Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa, the Speaker adjourned sittings till 1pm on Monday.
