Differently abled persons staged protest yesterday (01/05/2018) stating that corruption is in the Home for Differently Abled in Vanni.
They staged protest stating that financial aids coming from Tamil Diaspora are not properly used and the activities are inappropriately taken place at the Home for Differently Abled located at Kanakapuram area.
In addition, a few persons in the administration including the Vice Chairman have been suddenly fired by the Director of this Organization. It has been further added by the Vice President that he filed a complaint stating that he has been continuously receiving death threats.
When the Director of this Organization Mr. Tennakone Sarath has been contacted to inquire in this regard, he stated that no perversities happened in the organization and accounts are properly maintained. He further added that a few persons in the administration have been fired as they behaved on the contrary to the administrative tasks of the organization.
It is noteworthy that this organization is run without being registered properly.
