People of Keppapulavu demanded the newly appointed Deputy Minister s to immediately make a proper solution available to them, who have been protesting on street for more than 500 days, a proper solution immediately.
The protest that has been staged on 1st of March last year demanding the release of the lands which are still being appropriated by the occupying Sri Lanka military has been continuing in front of the military camp for its 518th day.
Meanwhile, people of Keppapulavu demanded Kathar Masthaan, the newly appointed Deputy Minister of Resettlement to take swift actions to resettle them at their native lands.
Similarly, the people of Keppapulavu demanded Ankajan Ramanthan, the newly appointed Deputy Minister of Agriculture, to assist them as their prime livelihood is agriculture.
