A heated exchange of words had reportedly broken out between delegates from Pakistan and India at an event held in Colombo yesterday.
The heated exchange of words was over the Kashmir issue, reports said.
A delegation from Pakistan had questioned the Indian delegation on the decision by India to revoke Kashmir’s special status nullifying autonomy granted to the state.
However the Indian delegation had asserted that it was an internal matter.
The session had to be temporarily suspended as a result of the tense situation.
