Medical examination has been undertaken by the doctors and nurses in Mullaitivu District Hospital to those who are getting engaged in the non-violence means of protest at Kepapulavu.
People of Pilakkudiyiruppu belonging to Kepapulavu Divisional Secretariat has been staging a non violence means of struggle demanding the release of their lands, occupied by the occupying Sri Lankan military, days and nights for last 7 days.
This medical examination has been undertaken by the Mullaitivu District Hospital as one of those who are getting engaged in this protest has been admitted to hospital 3 days ago.
Meanwhile, those who are engaged in this protest in front of the Puthukudiyiruppu Divisional Secretariat continue their protest while blockading anyone from entering into Puthukudiyiruppu Divisional Secretariat.
However, following the talk between the officials of this particular Divisional Secretariat and those who were engaged in this protest, staffs were allowed to enter into the Puthukudiyiruppu Divisional Secretariat. But, the protestors continue their protest.
