Reginald Cooray re-appointed Northern Province Governor

Reginald Cooray was re-appointed as the Northern Province Governor by President Maithripala Sirisena today.

Cooray was yesterday removed from the post and appointed as the new Governor of the Central Province.

However today he was re-appointed as the Northern Province Governor while P.B. Dissanayake was appointed as the Central Province Governor.

Dissanayake was yesterday appointed as the Governor of the Uva Province and will continue as acting Governor of the Uva Province.
