The Ministry of Public Services, Provincial Councils and Local Government states that a group of applicants who have been rejected under the Unemployed Graduates Employment Program have been given the opportunity to submit appeals.
Secretary to the Ministry JJ Ratnasiri said that the opportunity to submit appeals has been given to the applicants whose applications have been rejected due to their membership in the Employees Provident Fund and previous employment.
Accordingly, the applicants are instructed to prepare their appeal according to the advertisement published on the official website of the Ministry at www.pubad.gov.lk, and submit it to the Divisional Secretariat of the respective area before the 15th of next month.
The Ministry hopes to consider the resubmitted applications and call in qualified graduates for trainee training, Mr. Ratnasiri further said.
