{"id":11323,"date":"2021-10-20T11:38:00","date_gmt":"2021-10-20T11:38:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/globaltamilnews.net\/english\/?p=11323"},"modified":"2021-10-20T11:38:01","modified_gmt":"2021-10-20T11:38:01","slug":"covid-vaccinations-for-18-19-age-group-carried-out-island-wide-from-tomorrow","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/globaltamilnews.net\/english\/covid-vaccinations-for-18-19-age-group-carried-out-island-wide-from-tomorrow\/","title":{"rendered":"COVID vaccinations for 18 &#8211; 19 age group carried out island-wide from tomorrow"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The COVID-19 vaccination program for schoolchildren aged 18 &#8211; 19 years is expected to be expanded to all districts from tomorrow (October 21).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speaking in this regard, Prof. Shaman Rajindrajith of Sri Lanka College of Paediatricians said the inoculation program launched in the Colombo District for the aforesaid age group was successful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The pilot project to administer the Pfizer vaccine to the students sitting for the G.C.E.
