{"id":2527,"date":"2018-02-19T20:03:22","date_gmt":"2018-02-19T20:03:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/globaltamilnews.net\/english\/?p=2527"},"modified":"2018-02-19T20:03:22","modified_gmt":"2018-02-19T20:03:22","slug":"fishermen-stage-protest-against-the-occupying-sri-lankan-navy-in-thalai-mannar-reporter-for-global-tamil-news","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/globaltamilnews.net\/english\/fishermen-stage-protest-against-the-occupying-sri-lankan-navy-in-thalai-mannar-reporter-for-global-tamil-news\/","title":{"rendered":"Fishermen stage protest against the occupying Sri Lankan Navy in Thalai Mannar -Reporter for Global Tamil News-"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Hundreds of fishermen of Thalai Mannar village, who gathered in front of the Thalai Mannar Police Station, expressed their opposing condemning the occupying Sri Lankan Navy\u2019s action of returning the fishermen, who have gone to catch fish, as the continuation of the disruptions being committed at \u201cTheedai\u201d by the Navy to the fishermen of Thalai Mannar Village.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The affected fishermen, who have gone to the Thalai Mannar Navy Base, gave explanations to the Navy Officers about the prevailing issues that they face and they have made a complaint in this regard to the Police Station.
