Wigneswaran, held its first Central Committee Meeting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Wigneswaran told the Colombo Gazette the Thamizh Makkal Kootanii held its first Central Committee Meeting at his Jaffna Residence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cAccording to our new constitution passed yesterday at the Meeting I am Founder and Secretary General. No Chairman or Secretary,\u201d Wigneswaran said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">He said that for the moment there ten Deputy Secretaries in charge of specific subjects.
