Wigneswaran yesteroday launched an awareness campaign for a major rally to be staged in Jaffna next month.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The rally will see the participation of politicians supporting Wigneswaran\u2019s political alliance, the Tamil People\u2019s Council.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Wigneswaran launched the awareness campaign today from the Nallur Hindu Temple in Jaffna.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Speaking to reporters, Wigneswaran said that the Eluga Thamil (Rise up Tamils) rally will be staged in Jaffna on September 16.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">He said that the rally will demand politicians in Sri Lanka to address key issues faced by Tamils.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Courtesy: Colombo Gazette<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Former Northern Province Chief Minister C.V.
