Attention draw protest of the people of Pannankandy in Killinochchi district has also been continuing for three days. Though the people of this area has been living since 1990, they are yet to be provided the Lad Permit, Permanent House under Housing Scheme, the protestors stated.
Though they have been giving written petitions to the parliamentarians, politicians and officials since being resettled, no any actions have been taken so far, they added.
Also, they assured that the struggle would continue till the proper solution is met with regard to these issues.
