A group of Muslim Parliamentarians who had resigned from their Ministerial portfolios recently, failed to reach a collective decision today on resuming their duties as Ministers.
The Muslim Parliamentarians met today to discuss and decide if they will accept the portfolios initially given to them and resume working as Ministers in the Government.
However, the Muslim MPs were unable to reach a final decision at the talks held today.
The Chief Prelates in Kandy had earlier urged the Muslim MPs who had resigned from their portfolios to resume their Government duties.
