Sri Lanka has not sought India’s assistance in the Easter Sunday investigations, the Indian External Affairs Ministry said today.
Indian External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Raveesh Kumar told journalists at the weekly media briefing yesterday that India stands ready to assist Sri Lanka in any way possible.
However he said that Sri Lanka has not sought any assistance from India related to the suicide attacks.
There have been reports of links between some groups in India and the bombers.
However the Indian External Affairs Ministry spokesperson said that he was not aware of any investigations being launched in India over those alleged links.
