TNA says Tamils more united now than before

The Tamil National Alliance (TNA) says the Tamils in Sri Lanka are more united now than they were during the war.

TNA Parliamentarian M.A Sumanthiran says the Tamils feel the international community had deceived them.

Sumanthiran noted the TNA played a crucial role to ensure the Maginda Rajapaksa Government was defeated.

He also said that if the political coup last October was not defeated then Mahinda Rajapaksa would have come to power.
