UNF postpones moves to form National Government

The United National Front (UNF) has decided to postpone moves to form a National Government.

A proposal had been submitted by the UNF to Parliament to form a National Government and the proposal was to be debated today despite strong objections by the opposition.

The UNF needs Parliament approval to form the National Government.

However, at a meeting last night the UNF had decided not to discuss the matter today and put it on hold.
