The Court of Appeal yesterday temporarily lifted the travel ban imposed against former Secretary to the President Lalith Weeratunge, enabling him to travel abroad until March 13.
Filing a motion before the Court of Appeal, defence counsel Kanchana Ratwatte informed that his client is expecting to travel India along with President.
