அமைச்சரவைக் கூட்டத்தில் அமைச்சர்களான சம்பிக்க ரணவக்கவிற்கும், ரிசாட் பதியூதீனுக்கும் இடையில் வாய்த்தர்க்கம் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது.
கொழும்பில் சேர்க்கப்படும் கழிவுகளை புத்தளம் அருவக்காறு பிரதேசத்தில் கொட்டுவதற்கு அனுமதிக்குமாறு அமைச்சர் சம்பிக்க ரணவக்க கோரியுள்ள நிலையில் இந்தக் கோரிக்கைக்கு அமைச்சர் ரிசாட் பதியூதீன் கடும் எதிர்ப்பை வெளியிட்டுள்ளார்.
புத்தளம் பிரதேசத்தில் சீமேந்து தொழிற்சாலை, மின் உற்பத்தி நிலையங்கள் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாகவும் அந்தப் பகுதிகளில் குப்பைகளை கொண்ட வேண்டாம் எனவும் ரிசாட் பதியூதீன் கடுமையான தொனியில் அமைச்சர் சம்பிக்கவிற்கு தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
சீமேந்து தொழிற்சாலை மின் உற்பத்தி நிலையங்கள் போன்றன அபிவிருத்தி நோக்கில் உருவாக்கப்பட்டவை எனவும், தேசியப் பிரச்சினையாக மாறியுள்ள குப்பை அகற்றும் பிரச்சினைக்கு ஒத்துழைப்பு வழங்குமாறும் அமைச்சர் சம்பிக்க ரணவக்க, ரிசாட் பதியூதீனிடம் கோரியுள்ளார்.
குறித்த பகுதியில் யுத்தத்தினால் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட மக்கள் இடம்பெயர்ந்து வாழ்ந்:து வருவதாகவும் இதனால் அந்த இடத்தை வழங்க முடியாது எனவும் அமைச்சர் பதியூதீன் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
இந்தநிலையில் இந்த விடயம் குறித்து புத்தளம் மாவட்டச் செயலாளருடனும், மாவட்ட அபிவிருத்திக் குழுக் கூட்டத்திலும் பேசி தீர்மானம் எடுக்குமாறு ஜனாதிபதி ஆலோசனை வழங்கியுள்ளார்.

Wow, now the trajectory in prole. Whereas our country still in war Mr.Ministers of Sri Lanka. If Mahinda mama was there those all folks including ministers were shut their own mouth. In fact, those whoever lives in Puthalam under refugee status already got their homes to build may the above said minister Rishad Badurdeen over those already war-ravaged lands of northern parts of Sri Lanka where they had been displaced to southern parts in Sri Lanka. There why not they can return back towards their places of origin as other Sri Lankan community including Sinhalese, Tamils, Muslims lives over there. If this minister Rishad said so that still these displaced refugees live in a displaced soil of Sri Lankan significant that still, our motherland is in a brink of war again or not any further step in towards taken in development aspects of our land of Sri Lanka. This is not admissible. May God bless mother Sri Lanka.
